These exotic items can be found in the Season of the Vagabond
How exactly you obtain the new items is still not entirely clear. It has only been confirmed that the Thorn is tied to a questline. However, players are already reporting that they have received the gloves through random exotic drops.
Stronghold – Titan Gloves
Stronghold is the name of the new Titan gloves players can find in the current season.
This is the exotic perk: The intrinsic perk of the gloves is called Charged Fist. Blocking with swords increases mobility speed and does not consume ammunition. Shots that are blocked immediately after parrying heal you.

Liar’s Handshake – Hunter Gloves
Hunters can now obtain the gloves Liar’s Handshake. The gloves are primarily aimed at Arc Hunters.
This is the exotic perk: The intrinsic perk is called Counterpunch. If you use your Arc melee ability or get hit by a melee attack, you can initiate a powerful melee counterpunch that heals you.

Escape Artist – Warlock Gloves
The Arc Warlocks also receive new gloves called Escape Artist.
This is the exotic perk: Your intrinsic perk is called Dynamic Duo and allows the bearer to hold down the grenade button to convert their Arc grenade into an overcharged Arc soul. The Arc soul functions as an autonomous turret.

Arbalest – Linear Fusion Rifle
With Arbalest, Destiny 2 receives its first linear fusion rifle that is worn in the kinetic slot.
This is the exotic perk: Its intrinsic perk is called Binding Force and fires rounds that deal massive damage to enemy elemental shields. Furthermore, the perk Disruption makes enemies whose shield has been destroyed by Arbalest briefly vulnerable to kinetic damage.

Thorn – Hand Cannon
The Thorn makes its way into Destiny 2. The weapon is tied to an exotic questline that Guardians can tackle starting March 12.
This is the exotic perk: Your intrinsic perk is called Mark of Damnation. Rounds penetrate targets and deal damage over time. Kills with the Thorn leave remnants. The perk Soul Devourer ensures that absorbing the remnants strengthens the Mark of Damnation and partially reloads the magazine.
