With a new season in Destiny 2 come new Exotics in the Guardians’ collection. Here at MeinMMO, we show you which new Exotics to expect in the new Season of the Lost.
What happened? On August 24, 2021, Bungie streamed on Twitch and YouTube, announcing the next major expansion “The Witch Queen” and the new Season of the Lost.
Known Armor Exotics and New Guns
Season 15 brought three new Armor Exotics to Destiny 2. These armors all come from Destiny 1, so some Guardians should be able to recognize them.
Where do you get these armor exotics? All new Exo armors introduced in Destiny 2 with a new season can only be earned through lost sectors.
Radiant Dance Machines
What can the Exotic do? These simple holographic leg armor for Hunters allow for more frequent dodges when near enemies.
Handcuffs of Nothingness
What can the Exotic do? These gloves allow you to carry two scatter grenade charges. Additionally, the projectiles of each grenade have homing capabilities.
No Plan B
What can the Exotic do? These Titan gloves provide you with an overshield when fully charged with melee energy, similar to a defensive melee maneuver. Additionally, each killed enemy grants more melee energy.
Furthermore, Bungie has added two new weapons to the collection.
Lorentz Driver
The “Driver” resembles a mix of a flamethrower and an exhaust, but is a linear fusion rifle for the special slot.
What can the weapon do? The Lorentz Driver randomly marks enemies with its targeting system. Killing enemies drops telemetry patterns that grant bonus ability energy for each collected pattern. Collecting three of these patterns without dying grants a damage buff that lasts for a longer time.
Agers Scepter
This special weapon in the primary slot is not yet accessible and can be obtained through the quest “Pathfinder’s Journey” toward the end.
Since this weapon is not yet visible, it is still unknown what it can do. We’ll have to wait a bit longer for that.
That was the new Exos in weapons and armor of Season 15 of Destiny 2. Since this season will be the longest yet, we might still expect some surprises.
