Eystein-D with Penetrating Frame
This is how you get the Eystein-D: Do you remember the Lyudmila-D from Destiny 1? The slowest firing pulse rifles deal the most damage per bullet. This is also the case with the Eystein-D. As with the Lyudmila-D, you have to rely on some luck with the weapon master, whose reputation packages can drop the weapon.
These are the best perks for PvE: The same applies to Eystein-D: Rampage and Outlaw are key. With this combination, you can deal a lot of damage against aliens.

- Perk 1 – Outlaw, Like a Rock in Stormy Sea, Under Pressure
- Perk 2 – Rampage, Kill Clip, Full Auto Trigger System, Zen Moment
These are the best perks for PvP: Like with the spiritual predecessor from Destiny 1, the Lyudmila-D, you need to focus on stability in the Crucible. The optimal TTK is one of the best in the game (0.67 seconds). However, you must land all six shots critically.
