This is how you get Flowing: Flowing is currently one of the most popular weapons in Destiny 2. This is no surprise, as the gun is an absolute beast with the right perks. You receive Flowing randomly in the Gambit game mode. It may take some time to find a good roll, but the wait is worth it!
These are the best perks for PvE: With Rampage, you increase your damage output after a kill, and with Outlaw (faster reload after a kill), you can get back into action faster. The remaining perks help improve stability. If you find such a roll – congratulations!
- Barrel – Arrowhead Brake, Hammer-Forged Rifling, Smallbore
- Magazine – Extended Magazine, Lightweight Magazine, Flared Magwell, High-Caliber Rounds

These are the best perks for PvP: In the Crucible, you should focus on stability and recoil. Only those who consistently hit where they want to hit will reach the optimal TTK of 0.93 seconds (5 critical hits, two body shots):
