The upcoming DLC “Beyond Light” from Destiny 2 has been unexpectedly delayed. It was originally supposed to be released in September, but is now being postponed.
This is how the release changes:
- “Beyond Light” was originally scheduled for release on September 22, 2020 – It was intended as a major autumn expansion
- Bungie has now announced a new release date of November 10, 2020
- The reason given was the COVID-19 pandemic. Collaboration was made difficult, and a September release is no longer possible
