The first year of Destiny 2 is almost over. Time to reflect on the personal moments that you – the community – have experienced and captured in images. Share with us your coolest screenshot from Year 1.
With the release of the Forsaken expansion, the second year of Destiny 2 will begin in just a month. We took this as an opportunity to launch a small community competition.
Coolest Community Image from Year 1
What’s it about? We want to look back with you at the departing first year of Destiny 2 and are searching for the coolest image that the members of our community could capture during this time.
What should be visible? Whether it’s a memorable screenshot with your clan next to the slain raid boss, a farewell group selfie with Cayde, a fitting cheeky gesture in the Crucible, an epic scene with you in a memorable pose, just being at the wrong place at the wrong time, or your moment par excellence from Year 1 – there are no limits to creativity.
How can you participate? Simply share the coolest image that you’ve been able to capture in-game since the launch of Destiny 2 – whether it was months ago or in the coming days. Post the screenshot here in the comments section – preferably with a few short lines describing what it’s about and what makes the image so special for you personally.
How long does the competition run? You have until next Friday, August 10, 2018, to do so. The deadline for submissions is at 8:00 PM. The winner will be announced on Monday, August 13, 2018. After that, the winner will be contacted by us via email.
Update 14.8.2018: The announcement of the winner will be slightly delayed.
How will the winner be determined? After the submission deadline, we will take some time to carefully review all the images. Then the editorial team will settle on a favorite. The user likes of the individual screenshots will also be taken into account. Legal recourse is excluded.
Is there anything to win? The community spirit is the top priority in this competition. Fame and glory await through the Mein MMO community.
