Bungie revealed new weapons and armor in a recently released stream about Destiny 2 that you will earn in the upcoming episodes. What they are and whether Exotics are among them, we will show you now.
What kind of stream was it? On June 10, Bungie released a short stream where the developers talked about the future of Destiny 2 after the release of “The Final Shape.” During the stream, Bungie discussed the individual themes of the episodes and also showcased new items like armor and weapons that guardians will be able to earn in the coming months.

Episode: Revenant – All Weapons and Armor
What items will there be? Just like in Episode: Echoes, there will also be two new armor sets in Episode Revenant. One is inspired by the Splicers of the Eliksni, while the other leans towards mockery. Additionally, two new weapons were revealed:
- A shotgun
- Perhaps a grenade launcher due to the foregrip
Exotics always look extravagant, so these might be two Exotics. More details about their functions are not yet known.
Episode: Heresy – All Weapons and Armor
What items will there be? Once again, Bungie blesses the Guardians with two new armor sets. The first set is heavily inspired by Eris. Her dark look spreads out, with silver studs and green-brown fabrics.
The second set leans more towards a captain’s style. Bones adorn most of the armor, but the Warlock and Hunter even come with some fabrics. One might think that the guardians have transformed the remains of the burial ship into armor.
Bungie also briefly presents weapons. These weapons are familiar models that are revived with new designs. The coverings of the guns decay and it seems as if they are of organic origin. The decay is so advanced that one can literally see the bones of the weapons.
