Sovereignty – Sniper rifle from the raid
This is Sovereignty: Sovereignty is a sniper rifle that deals kinetic damage. It has a Rapid Fire Frame and thus a high rate of fire. Additionally, reload speed is increased when the magazine is empty. These are the stats:
- Minimum time between 2 shots: 0.43s
- Rate of Fire: 140
- Impact: 55 (301 crit, 93 body)
- Range: 32
- Stability: 38
- Reload Speed: 62
- Handling: 68
- Inventory: 42
- Aim Assist: 73
- Magazine Size: 5
Strengths and weaknesses:
- The high rate of fire, reload speed, handling, and aim assist stand out.
- The range is quite poor.
The Masterwork perks:
- Polygonal Rifling: Increases stability
- Armor-Piercing Rounds: Rounds deal additional damage to shields and penetrate targets above average. Slightly increases range
- Kill Clip: Reloading after a kill causes increased damage
- Quickdraw: Rapid precision hits increase stability and reload speed
Other strong random perks:
- Snapshot Sights: You enter the sight faster
- Rampage: Kills with the weapon temporarily increase damage, stackable 3x
Is Sovereignty worth it? The weapon has strong stats, but the possible perks are not convincing. The important perk “First Shot” is missing, and in PvE there are simply better sniper alternatives. In PvP, however, the weapon is still usable due to its high handling and aim assist. The snapshot sights are a must for PvP.
