- Outlaw: Precision kills significantly reduce reload time
- Dragonfly: Precision kills create an elemental damage explosion
Other strong random perks:
- Kill Clip: Reloading after a kill causes increased damage
Is Nation of Beasts worth it? This hand cannon is probably the most exciting new raid primary weapon. Because it essentially serves as the Destiny 2 version of the Fatebringer, a top weapon from Destiny 1. It belongs to the same archetype as Fatebringer. The Masterwork version comes with Outlaw and lets enemies explode on precision kills.
The stats are overall solid, and with Dragonfly and Outlaw, you have a weapon that quickly shreds through enemies in PvE. For PvP, Kill Clip is more useful than Dragonfly. Therefore, yes, Nation of Beasts is definitely worth it.
