These are all legendary raid weapons from Last Wish in Destiny 2. We provide their strengths and weaknesses as well as perk recommendations.
The Forsaken Raid: Since September 14, 2018, brave Guardians can enter the raid “Last Wish”. This raid is located in the Dreaming City.
New raid-exclusive weapons: In the raid, not only multiple boss encounters await you but also some weapons that only exist in “Last Wish.” You obtain them randomly by fighting through the raid, defeating the bosses, and looting chests.
For a chest containing raid loot, you don’t even have to defeat a boss, but simply express a wish in the Wish Room. The weapon expert Mercules904 has now revealed interesting stats and shared his assessments on these new raid weapons. Mercules enjoys a good reputation in the community. What he has to say about the weapons in Destiny usually receives a lot of attention. We present his findings.
Notes:
- Raid weapons have both random perks and a carefully handpicked “Masterwork Roll” from Bungie, which is on the weapon when you obtain its Masterwork. The Masterworks can have perks that are not included in the random perk pool.
- All Time-to-Kill figures for PvP refer to Guardians with 192 health points (which corresponds to 6 resilience). The TTK is the time you need under optimal circumstances to eliminate an enemy Guardian with full health.

Change – Scout rifle from the raid
This is Change: Change is a legendary scout rifle categorized under the “High Impact Frame” archetype with high impact and low rate of fire. It deals kinetic damage. These are the stats:
- Time-to-Kill: 0.80s (3 crit), 2.00s (6 body)
- Rate of Fire: 150
- Impact: 67 (66 crit, 38 body)
- Range: 74
- Stability: 22
- Reload Speed: 25
- Handling: 29
- Aim Assist: 29
- Magazine Size: 14

Strengths and weaknesses:
- The range of the scout rifle is very high. In this stat, Change surpasses many other scout rifles.
- However, the weapon has low stability. Reload speed, aim assist, and handling could also be better.
The Masterwork perks:
- Hammered Barrel: Increases handling speed, slightly increases stability
- Light Mag: Increases reload speed, slightly increases range
- Outlaw: Precision kills significantly reduce reload time
- Explosive Payload: Projectiles create an area of effect explosion on impact
Other strong random perks:
- Rampage: Kills with the weapon temporarily increase damage, stackable 3x
- Kill Clip: Reloading after a kill grants bonus damage
Is Change worth it? Change is the fourth new scout rifle with high impact in Forsaken – and according to Mercules probably the best of them. Once scout rifles are buffed in PvE, you can have fun with it. Because Change is the only scout rifle of this archetype that can have the bonus damage combo of Rampage and Kill Clip. The Masterwork version is also not bad. Try to increase stability with perks.
On the following pages, you will find other raid weapons from Last Wish. On page 2, it continues with a pulse rifle.
