Crota’s Word is a hand cannon with void damage that belongs to the archetype with the lowest impact of 68. Those with 81 impact have always been more popular, which is why Crota’s Word could not reach the cult status of Fatebringer, yet the void hand cannon conquered the primary slot of many guardians.
The fixed perks were Zen Moment, Phantom Gift, and Hive Disruptor, which allowed you to deal more damage to Hive majors. With Explosive Rounds or Hammer Forged, Crota’s Word became a powerful weapon.
