The Universal Device – a shotgun for the primary slot

The exotic shotgun Universal Device is “just scrap for the untrained eye. But for the trained eye, this scrap is a beast.” This is how Bungie describes the weapon, which, by the way, is classified as a primary weapon. You can find the Year 1 edition in various ways, through Xur, raids, Nightfalls, etc. The new version of this weapon does not yet have an entry in the database, so we can only look at the “old” version.

The Universal Device inflicts kinetic damage, and the primary bonuses are as follows:

• Universal Device, significantly increasing range and precision when using the scope.
• Crowd Control: Kills with this weapon grant bonus damage for a short time.

The advantages of this weapon include its high stability and the perk Universal Device, which nearly doubles the range. However, its impact and reload speed are not particularly remarkable.

Nevertheless, it is enjoyable to play with this exotic shotgun. Especially in PvP, it proves useful due to its unique perk.
