In the MMO shooter Destiny 18 new exotic armor pieces are coming with the “Taken King” expansion. They are already in the official database. We present them.
Patch 2.0 already included the exotic items, even if they do not exist yet, they are already in Bungie’s official database. So it is not “datamined” what we present to you here, but official.
Last Wednesday, we already introduced you to 13 new exotic weapons. However, we know that this is not all. Some are hidden by Bungie. The situation is different with the armors. 18 pieces, 6 for each class, were promised in advance. There are 18 pieces, 6 for each class, in the database. So they should all be there.
All 18 items are available as “drops” in The Taken King. They are not tied to any special quests. Xur can sell them. And all can be “remade.” The armors are therefore configurable and changeable within certain parameters, except for the namesake perk – that stays as it is.
