From Turbine, the development studio behind the MMORPG The Lord of the Rings Online, a Mobile Game Studio will emerge.

The answer is highly interesting and shows where the journey for the studio will go. Warner Bros explains that it will restructure Turbine into a Free2Play Mobile Game Studio. Therefore, some layoffs were necessary.
Only Mobile Games?

Turbine will therefore focus on developing Mobile Games in the future. This likely means that no new MMOs will be seen from the studio. The license for The Lord of the Rings expires next year.
