Which killer is actually the coolest in Dead by Daylight and which one is really boring? We want to find out with this survey.
Over the years, more and more killers have sneaked into the world of the Entity of Dead by Daylight. From the initially only 3 killers, there are now a proud 19, each refined in their abilities.
While at first there were only the Trapper and melee attacks, later killers with a “Stalker” mechanic followed, along with ranged attackers and even well-known characters like the Demogorgon from “Stranger Things” or Freddy Krueger from “A Nightmare on Elm Street.”
If you don’t have all the killers in mind right now, here’s a quick summary of all 19 killers from Dead by Daylight:
The Trapper: A man with a mask who lures his enemies into bear traps and must cleverly place them on the map to drive the survivors into them.
The Wraith: He can become invisible and must ring his bell to become visible again and ambush the survivors.
The Hillbilly: A deformed face and his ominous chainsaw characterize him, which he not only uses to deliver one-hits but also to rush quickly across the map.
The Nurse: A mysterious, floating woman who can teleport through walls and objects to suddenly appear behind her victim.
The Huntress: A tall woman who throws throwing axes at her enemies while humming a tune, killing them from a distance.
The Shape: The infamous villain Michael Myers, who quietly observes survivors to gain strength and take them out with a single blow.
The Hag: A walking corpse that sets traps with dark voodoo magic and creates copies of herself to which she can teleport.
The Doctor: A mad doctor who shocks his “patients,” making them scream loudly and giving them delusions.
The Cannibal: Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre. He also has a chainsaw, but he uses it to slice multiple survivors at once.
The Nightmare: Freddy Krueger, the child murderer, lures survivors to sleep and then plagues them with deadly nightmares in a world he controls.
The Pig: Amanda from the SAW films. Wearing a pig mask, she sneaks up to set deadly traps on her victims’ heads, which they must get rid of in a short time or die from immediately.
The Clown: A sadistic clown who cuts off his victims’ fingers after overpowering them with toxic gases.
The Spirit: A dismembered girl who returns as a ghost and executes her victims with a katana.
The Legion: A group of teenagers who have gone down the wrong path and now slit their victims with a knife.
The Plague: A former high priestess who died of a plague. Now she hunts survivors with this plague and spreads deadly diseases.
Ghost Face: The killer behind the Scream films. A crazy murderer who craves attention to see his deeds in the newspapers.
The Demogorgon: The monster from Stranger Things. It knows only hunger and switches to “the other side” to crawl through a network of tunnels and strike unseen.
The Oni: A samurai turned demon who drains the blood of his victims with a katana, only to fall into a brutal frenzy.
The Deathslinger: An inventive man from the Wild West who spears the survivors with his spear gun and reels them in to take them out.
