Cyberpunk 2077: New traders sell some of the most important items for your V in Phantom Liberty

Since Phantom Liberty, there are new vendors in Cyberpunk 2077 selling powerful upgrades for your protagonist. We will show you where to find them, how much they cost, and what they can do for you.

What is being sold? Cyberpunk 2077 celebrates the release of its first and last DLC “Phantom Liberty”, as it brought not only innovations but also changes regarding many items – including upgrades that you can purchase in the form of snacks or goodies.

These upgrades are permanent and are particularly worthwhile for players who already have enough Eurodollars saved up.

Dog Town, new city with great potential

Where can I find the vendors? The new vendors in Dog Town are your go-to spots when it comes to buying upgrades for your character. We have scoured the city and found that all food stalls, bars, and med stations each offer a permanent upgrade for sale.

These items can be purchased for up to 12,000 Eurocredits. In our test, we also tried to reset the vendors and their offerings to see if the items would refresh again. Unfortunately, this does not happen even after 2 in-game days.

Moreover, the items are consumed immediately upon purchase. Whether this is just a bug or intentional, we cannot say with certainty yet.

What kind of upgrades are these? All items either increase health regeneration, stamina regeneration, or your maximum health. You can recognize the items by their golden background.

What else is being sold? According to a new loading screen in Cyberpunk 2077, players have discovered that iconic weapons are also sold in Dogtown. These are items that you may have missed in a quest or mission, and thus cannot obtain anymore.
