A new map for Call of Duty: Warzone may have appeared in the new Season 4 trailer. For a brief moment, Urzikstan is shown, and players see the crucial hint.
What hints have been found? Recently, Season 4 of CoD Warzone was introduced with a trailer. There is an intro trailer that players see when they start Warzone after the update. The short cinematic shows a cutscene focused on Captain Price and his arrival in the game.
In a brief moment of this trailer, you can see the fictional state of Urzikstan on the map, right near the well-known Verdansk. Urzikstan and the war within the country were part of the Modern Warfare campaign, and the multiplayer map “Rammaza” is set in a city of the fictional country.
Where can you see it? If you watch the Season 4 cutscene, play the video at 37 seconds or pause the clip there. Northwest of Verdansk, you will find the marker for Urzikstan, which is located by the water.
What do players suspect? Behind this hint, some shooter fans suspect that the developers of Infinity Ward want to imply a new map for the battle royale mode.
When and if the map will come is still unclear. A leak of this map circulated a few days ago in the CoD community. A well-known leaker in the community, TheGamingRevolution, stated that he considers it “unlikely” that the map will be released in Season 4.
The video has reportedly been in the game for a long time, in the co-op part “SpecOps”.
Additionally, according to TheGamingRevolution, the developers have worked on the current map for Warzone for a year. That they would now, shortly after release, part ways with this map would be more than surprising. He considers a change to the current map before a complete switch to be more likely.
