New videos and artworks for the RPG/strategy MMO hybrid Crowfall have been released.
A few days ago, ArtCraft, the developers of the MMO Crowfall, published in Europe by the German publisher Travian, teased the latest class archetype of the game, the Guinecean Duelist (Guinecean Duelist).
At the same time, the team announced that it wants to shift its focus away from high-level game systems and towards the fundamental systems of the game in the coming weeks and months.
As an example, they mentioned the expansion of the game world, the seamless combining of parcels, and the optimization of client performance, so that more than a dozen characters can be seen on the screen.
The support from many players is essential for the core of Crowfall, the siege battles for castles. And to ensure that these are successful, the developers will provide the future commanders with siege weapons, such as catapults, trebuchets, and siege towers.
In March, they already introduced the catapults for the attacking team, which you can take another look at in the following video.
But the defenders also have an impressive arsenal of defensive weapons, including the recently introduced ballistae, which can be constructed by players on the castle wall on specially designated platforms.
There will be a variety of different variations for the defenders to choose from. Each with different strengths and weaknesses and special attacks. Most of them will have ranged combat skills, allowing them to destroy enemy catapults as well.
