Crimson Desert: Resolve Objection – All Correct Answers for the Institute Administrator

In Crimson Desert, you will receive the subquest “Contradiction” for the quest line “The Burden of Knowledge”, which is currently causing problems for many players. How you can complete it quickly is explained here.

What is the problem? During the quest line “The Burden of Knowledge”, you need to visit the Scholastein Institute for “Contradiction” and talk to the institute’s administrator. He requires you to provide the correct answers in a specific order. Unfortunately, many players are struggling with this because:

• The dialogue cannot be skipped
• One wrong answer and you have to talk to the administrator again
• The hints from the previous quest hardly help in finding the correct answers

Fans suspect a faulty translation into German, which is why many now have to struggle with the Orc for minutes. Therefore, we will show you the correct answers below, so you don’t have to endure the conversation again and again.

These are the correct answers

We have numbered the answers in the order they appear in your dialogue window. So use the following options to successfully complete the quest:

1. Answer 1 (I heard that there was a meeting with a noble from outside that day.)
2. Answer 1 (They were in the lab with Tarho all day and think the guard is the one behaving oddly.)
3. Answer 2 (They were deeply engrossed in their research with Grunil and just popped into the library, only to be reprimanded by the librarian.)
4. Answer 2 (The library keeps records of all visits – but Raphael’s entry is missing.)
5. Answer 1 (They insist that they could not have stolen it – because they knew nothing of the forbidden books or the old language.)

After you have given all the correct answers, you will receive a follow-up quest to finally catch the book thief who is causing trouble on the institute grounds. The good thing is that you do not need to pay close attention during the conversation, as the culprit will be marked on the map after the chat.
