In the first region of Crimson Desert, you can find a 4-piece equipment set of the Ruler of the Shadowy Streets. MeinMMO reveals the locations and tells you how to navigate through the waterfalls.
What is the set good for? The equipment set of the Ruler of the Shadowy Streets consists of 4 pieces and primarily enhances your resource efficiency as well as your protection against specific elemental damage:
- Fabric Hood of the Ruler of the Shadowy Streets: Stamina regeneration increased by 2 percent
- Fabric Body Armor of the Ruler of the Shadowy Streets: Restores 0.1 spirit every second, bonus for damage reduction
- Leather Gloves of the Ruler of the Shadowy Streets: Lightning and ice resistance, bonus for critical hit chance and defense
- Fabric Cloak of the Ruler of the Shadowy Streets: High bonus on ice resistance
Unfortunately, there is no set bonus.

Where can I get the clothes? Each piece is located in its own cave of Hernand. All caves are hidden by a waterfall. The pressure of the water is so high that you cannot simply walk through the waterfall. However, with the charged Push skill (on controller RB plus Y), you can navigate through the water to the cave area.
The first cave is located west of the Grey Mane camp, and it is called Misty Breath Cave.
The second cavern is best accessed via the fast travel point at the Witch’s House in the Witchwoods, a bit further west. The cave is then located northwest of the teleporter and is called Shadow Heart Grotto.
Further northwest, you can find equipment piece number 3, in the Blade Cave.
For item number 4, you should have retaken the Perwin Fortress south of the Witchwoods fast travel point. The Echo Tunnel is located by the waterfall near the fortress.
