Red Dead Redemption 2 gets a helpful companion app for iOS and Android. It shows you the health status and also serves as a navigation tool for the map.
When will the companion app be released? According to Rockstar, the mobile app is set to launch alongside Red Dead Redemption 2 on October 26.

What functionalities does the app have? You can easily hide from the law or mark interesting locations near you on the in-game map using your smartphone. The app and game work together seamlessly.

While playing, you can conveniently connect the app with your Xbox One or PlayStation 4. On your smartphone, you’ll receive real-time information from Red Dead Redemption 2.
