The stim glitch caused a lot of excitement and unfair victories in Call of Duty: Warzone. But currently, you don’t even need to cheat to secure easy victories with stims and gas items. The battle royale gives you enough tools for that.
What kind of tactic is this? Similar to the annoying stim glitch from Call of Duty: Warzone, you can survive long in the deadly gas and take out your opponents in the final moments of a match without being shot.
After half a dozen appearances of the glitch, the error finally disappeared. But by now there are many strong options to survive long in the gas even without cheating.
Waiting out the victory is a valid tactic
How does the tactic work? If you survive most of the match and approach the last circles of the play area, you can easily secure a victory with the right items.
With some items and a equipment perk, you can spend up to 2 minutes in the gas. In the end, your enemies die in the gas because there is no play area left and you are better prepared:
- Gas mask (12 seconds)
- Durable gas mask (24 seconds)
- 2 stims (about 10 seconds)
- Ammunition box (about 10 seconds)
- Perk: Replenish (about 5 seconds)
- Field upgrade: PDS (about 13 seconds)
How long can you stay in the gas? Even without the support of a teammate bringing in an additional ammunition box, you can spend up to 1 minute in the gas without stress.
If you then have a functioning buy station nearby or a special place with plenty of loot and more gas masks, you can even make it for 2 minutes – as a nasty clip on TikTok shows (via tiktok.com).
If you make it to the endgame and prepare for the gas tactic, you can farm easy victories, but you also draw the hatred of your opponents.
Because even if the tactic itself is valid and allowed – this “hide and seek” in the gas is not well received.
Theoretically, it is even possible with the tactic to score pacifist victories in the warlike battle royale Warzone.
Without firing a single shot, you can outlast all opponents because you hold the strongest trump card – endurance.

Otherwise, we would also like to know how you feel about the subject.
Do you think the tactic is unfair, perhaps even cowardly? Or do you think it’s okay as long as the shooter allows such approaches? Feel free to leave us a comment.
