It seems that there is indeed something to the rumor that a console port of the MMORPG TERA is being worked on.
A job posting at Bluehole sparked the rumors that TERA could also be released for Playstation 4 and Xbox One. However, no one wanted to comment on this officially. Now there is another hint that we might soon be able to play the MMORPG on console. The western publisher En Masse sent out a survey to players asking what console they own and what types of games they play on it.

TERA on console? It certainly looks like it.
Although it is not explicitly mentioned anywhere that there are plans to release TERA for PS4 and Xbox One, this, along with the job posting, paints a pretty clear picture. There was a brief statement from Bluehole regarding the job posting, in which they only mentioned that they did not want to comment on rumors, but want to keep many options open. So there are definitely at least considerations regarding a console release.
However, it seems only logical that TERA could also be released for consoles here, as more and more MMOs are being released for Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Recently, Neverwinter was released for PS4. And in the fall, Star Trek Online will follow. However, such a release of TERA will likely still need to be coordinated with all western distributors, and only after that happens could an official announcement be made. Still, it certainly looks like TERA might soon be available for Xbox One and Playstation 4 as well.
