The PS4 and Xbox One versions of Conan Exiles have received an update that finally fixes many bugs. However, the mega patch for PC that is supposed to fix 500 bugs is still pending.
New patch for consoles online: Since July 4, 2018, a new update for PS4 and Xbox One has been active, bringing Conan Exiles up to the standard of the PC version. The patch eliminates many bugs and significantly improves the gameplay for clans.

Conan Exiles players on PS4 and Xbox One have received an update for their game that aligns the versions with PC while fixing several long-standing bugs.
The highlights of the patch: The new patch primarily addresses certain issues that console players have been struggling with for some time:
- Players could previously ruin the game for others through land claiming. Some changes are intended to improve this situation.
- Enemies should now automatically be targeted before clan members during combat.
- Some exploits have been addressed.
- Some issues were fixed where thralls did not attack properly.
- Some issues were fixed where thralls fell through the ground. This issue is connected to several others that are still being worked on.
- A bug was fixed where some players could not see their own corpse.
- Stands for shields and weapons should now function correctly.
Fixed exploits: In the console versions, some bugs could be exploited to gain an advantage. Funcom has now fixed several of these exploits:
- The decay of certain items can now be overridden so that land can no longer be claimed wildly through “minefields” on fiber beds or similar.
- A bug was fixed where players could regain their maximum health points after taking damage under certain circumstances.
- A bug was fixed where the loading screen was prematurely canceled before all textures in the environment were loaded. This means thieves can no longer steal items through invisible walls.
- A bug was fixed where players had unlimited stamina on stairs and slopes.
Game becomes more enjoyable and fairer: Funcom has fixed several other bugs with the patch that generally make the game more enjoyable. Among other things, the game should now crash less frequently, animations should be smoother and more logical, and thralls should move more sensibly.
Additionally, several bugs that disrupted the gaming experience have been fixed. Corpses should no longer deform strangely and items should not simply disappear – which could also cause players to fall through the ground. You can find the full patch notes in English on the forum.
Mega-update coming later: Funcom originally planned to release another update that would fix over 500 bugs. The update is currently being tested for PC but will not be deployed until early August.
The delay is due to the fact that the Conan Exiles team has accumulated too many overtime hours due to the release. Many employees therefore need a break before they can address new patches.
