What are these items? All the items we introduce to you have a use that may or may not be practical. However, they are more to be understood as a gimmick that can bring a smile to players’ faces, as obtaining them can be quite an effort.
1. The Equipment Potion
What kind of potion is this? The potion does, as the name suggests, make your “equipment” bigger. Specifically, it means: your character’s penis will be larger. Even before release, the penis slider caused a stir in Conan Exiles, but with this potion, really absurd sizes are possible.
What is it good for? It has no practical use. According to the description, it is supposed to increase your “charisma,” a value that does not even exist in Conan Exiles. The potion has no other known effects besides the visual one. It does not work on female characters at all.
Where can I get this potion? To craft the potion, you first need to find the recipe and then mix the potion with water, Graulotus, and alchemical base in the cauldron. We have provided a detailed guide on how to obtain the equipment potion.
2. The Battle Spatula
What kind of item is this? The Battle Spatula was added with one of the latest patches in March 2019. It is a giant spatula that you can use as a weapon. Its description reads:
A mad chef from Zingara once transformed a spatula into a razor-sharp instrument of destruction to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
What is the spatula good for? The spatula counts as a high-quality axe that can smash shields and cause enemies to bleed. It inflicts 51 health damage, making it one of the strongest craftable one-handed axes.
How do I obtain the Battle Spatula? To craft the Battle Spatula, you need the power fragments that were added in March. You get these from bosses in the unnamed city and from small chests scattered throughout the city.
With the fragments, you need to interact with the Archivist in his black library, a shelf full of scrolls directly behind him. Here’s how to find the Archivist in Conan Exiles. You will then receive random recipes for redeeming the fragments.
If you receive the recipe for the Battle Spatula, you can craft it at the blacksmith’s workstation using the following resources:
- 1x short handle
- 20x Star Metal Ingot

3. The Dead Leg
What kind of item is this? The Dead Leg is a particularly grotesque item. The Dead Leg is a severed human leg that has been repurposed into a mighty war hammer.
What is the Dead Leg good for? The Dead Leg is a high-quality two-handed mace and serves to crush the armor of opponents. Severed legs have existed before, but the Dead Leg is significantly stronger. It inflicts 54 health damage and is among the strongest hammers, surpassed only by legendary items.
How do I obtain the Dead Leg? Similar to the Battle Spatula, you first need to learn the recipe through the new power fragments. Once you have learned it, you can craft the Dead Leg at the blacksmith’s workstation. You will need:
- 1x severed leg
- 1x power fragment
