In CoD Warzone professional player Swagg was probably excited to clean up in a lobby full of beginners. However, a particularly bad player, who didn’t even move out of fear, humiliatingly ruined the round for him. Read the whole story here on MeinMMO.
The situation was as follows: The reddit user and Warzone player Cjg799 was in Warzone with his buddy when they encountered professional player Swagg. The top player was very lucky because occasionally, the matchmaking of Warzone, which works based on mysterious, arcane patterns, puts top gamers like Swagg into lobbies far below their skill level.
Thus, Swagg had already racked up a huge number of kills and was responsible for the deaths of 34 people. Confident of victory, Swagg roamed the map and took down noobs left and right.
Suddenly, he was met with volleys of bullets that swept the astonished professional off his feet. “Oh, someone is hiding in the bushes!” were the astonished last words of the professional as he was riddled by another volley from the bush of death and ultimately kicked out of the game.
A humiliating end to a round that would most likely have turned into a killing spree for Swagg.
A player frozen in fear kills top pro
This is what happened: Swagg streamed his supposed victory live when he was shot. At the same time, the reddit user Cjg799 recorded the action from the perspective of his buddy, who shot Swagg, and combined and uploaded both scenes. We have embedded the video for you here.
According to Cjg799, his buddy is a particularly bad player. His K/D ratio is said to be only 0.59. He was so overwhelmed by the game that out of pure fear of being shot, he sat the whole game in a bush.
When Swagg ran directly towards him without seeing him, even a complete noob had to do nothing more than just hold down the trigger. The result was a kill that Cjg799’s buddy will probably tell his great-grandchildren about.
