The new combat pack of Season 2 of Call of Duty: Warzone & Vanguard is online. As a PlayStation Plus member, you will receive the cosmetic bundle “Beach Bum” at no additional cost. MeinMMO shows you the details.
Call of Duty and PlayStation have been collaborating for several years, providing players on the Sony console with certain advantages.
With Call of Duty: Vanguard, there is no longer a time-exclusive mode, but there are still small advantages such as more loadout slots and the combat pack each season.
Contents of the combat pack Season 2 – Beach Bum
This is included in the new combat pack for Season 2: You receive a few items inspired by naval warfare. This includes an operator skin and 2 weapon blueprints:
- Legendary operator skin for Wade Jackson
- Legendary assault rifle weapon blueprint
- Legendary shotgun weapon blueprint
- Epic emblem
- Epic watch
- Epic talisman
- Epic calling card
- 60-minute double XP token
Where can you use all of this? The items are available to you in Warzone and Vanguard.
However, you can only use the operator skin in the free Battle Royale Warzone if you also own Vanguard. This does not apply to the other items.

How to get the new Combat Pack Season 2
The requirements: You need a PlayStation Network account with an active PS Plus subscription. To use the operator skin, you also need CoD: Vanguard.
Here’s how you get the new combat pack: Go to the PS Store on your console and navigate to the PS Plus section. Scroll down and you will find the tile “Exclusive Packs” – in that category you will find the pack.
If you don’t see the pack in this area, then enter “combat pack” in the store search.
Alternatively, you can unlock the pack through the PS Store homepage without being at the console:
The combat packs are regularly available throughout the entire season and go offline only when the next pack goes online. But remember to take the additional content before the season ends.
What about the other platforms? The combat packs are PlayStation exclusive and apparently part of the collaboration between Call of Duty and PlayStation.
So far, the packs have not been available for other platforms – players on PC and Xbox are left out.
This may change with regard to the deal between Microsoft and CoD developer Activision Blizzard. For the moment, however, everything remains the same.
