A team of streamers has broken the old record in Quad mode of CoD: Warzone with an incredible 143 kills. However, some players criticize the record.
This is how the new record looks: The new record beats the old, already damn high score of 138 kills by a whole 5 additional kills. 143 players were taken down by a team of four streamers.
- The player Stukawaki got 48 kills
- ScummN followed with 43
- TheMylesLive achieved 27
- And Jerk completed the 143 kills with another 25.
Thus, the group has practically wiped out the entire lobby on their own. The team largely relied on the strong DMR 14 and MAC-10, which have since been nerfed – a similar run could therefore become difficult. You can see what it looked like here in the video from player Stukawaki:
Players express criticism of the record
Therefore, there is skepticism: To achieve such numbers, one certainly needs a lot of luck. After all, there are other players roaming in the battle royale who can diminish the lobby, and there is only limited time for records. And then you have to take down all the players you encounter yourself – a lot has to come together for records.
If you look at the comments, given these points, the lobby in which the team played is criticized. Many of the comments indicate that the players earned their record in a lobby that is below their own skill level. They are accused of having circumvented SBMM.
Such criticism often arises with records in Warzone. However, there are also some voices that highlight and praise the group’s gameplay.
Recently, there was also criticism of Warzone in general – specifically regarding the integration of “Cold War” and the overly strong weapons that came with it. Some players wish for the old state of the game to return.
