Call of Duty: Warzone has a new killstreak, a bomb drone. However, this has unofficially existed in the game for a long time, as players built it themselves. Now the developers have officially implemented it. Find out here how it works and where you can get it.
What is the bomb drone all about? Players of the Call of Duty series may be familiar with the many creative ways to use C4. In Black Ops 3, bombs were attached to remote-controlled cars and detonated in groups of enemies.
In Warzone, players do the same with reconnaissance drones. With some tweaking, you can also attach C4 or other objects to create a flying bomb. In this article, you can see how players have made spectacular kills with C4 drones.
The developers probably liked this idea, which is why there is now a secret new killstreak that provides you with such a bomb drone almost ready to use.

This is how the bomb was discovered: The reddit user hefy123 explored a bunker with a red keycard and found the killstreak “Bomb Drone” inside. We have embedded the video here for you.

What can the bomb do? Essentially, the bomb drone works like the improvised version. It just doesn’t need to be assembled first. Additionally, the explosion is larger than that of regular C4, and you can detonate the explosive on your own without needing to coordinate with a teammate. However, since the bomb is likely only found in special bunkers, it shouldn’t be overpowered.

So far, the bomb drone seems to only be found in private and training matches. The developers have not yet brought it into the regular mode. It also did not appear in the patch notes. Private matches are one of the new features that came with patch 1.29 to Call of Duty: Warzone.
