Recently, Mid-Season 4 went live for Call of Duty: Warzone, introducing extensive balance changes. The developers have now followed up with an update featuring nerfs for some of the best weapons. MeinMMO has the complete patch notes and shows which laser is still rocking.
The free battle royale Call of Duty: Warzone regularly brings updates to adjust its weapon meta. The strongest weapons get weaker, while weaker weapons can hope for a buff.
On the evening of August 3, 2022, the latest update went live – shortly after the launch of Mid-Season 4. And although the content update brought massive changes to the weapons a week earlier, further adjustments were made.
Included were some big names from the current weapon meta – SMG Marco 5, Kilo 141, or the surprise shotgun VLK Rogue. MeinMMO shows you the changes and explains which stable assault rifle retains its top position in the meta.

Which weapon continues to dominate the meta? The assault rifle KG M40 is currently very popular with us at MeinMMO. The weapon is extremely stable, a textbook laser, and received a nerf to its damage in the latest update.
However, the damage was not that critical for the weapon. The KG M40 rocks because you can hit reliably even at long distances.
