Call of Duty: Warzone brings only a small wave of new content during the Mid-Season, but also comes with the largest balance update in Warzone history. Over 40 weapons have been changed – including some of the most important firearms in the game. MeinMMO shows you the patch notes with all buffs and nerfs in English.
What’s happening in Warzone? Today, on July 15th, the Mid-Season Update of Season 4 in Call of Duty: Warzone went live and brought extensive balance adjustments. FARA, Krig, C58 – many of the key weapons received an update, and weapons from CoD MW were also taken into account. The Grau 5.56 received a surprising buff.

What is there to know about the update? The update is already online, and you can start the download. The developers also state the update sizes for various platforms:

What does the new update bring in terms of content? The update focuses on weapon adjustments, but a few new features have made it into the game:
- Killstreak: Automated turret
- Mode: Payload mode with 2 teams
- Event: Blueprint Blitz lets you hunt cosmetics
- Weapons: Submachine gun OTs 9 and melee weapon ‘Club’
- New Gulag loadouts
- The dirt bike is now even more mobile and can perform wheelies

These were all the base value changes of the update. In addition to the weapon adjustments, there were also a lot of bug fixes and changes to the dirt bike. If you want to read a bit in the English patch notes, you can find them here (via ravensoftware.com).
The adjustments are extensive, and it will be exciting to see how the balancing affects the weapon meta of Warzone. At the beginning of the season, the developers announced that they want to fundamentally increase the time-to-kill in the game and with the many nerfs, that was likely the first step in that direction.
