What are Golden Vaults? Golden Vaults are vaults that promise high-tier loot when you open them in CoD Warzone on Rebirth Island. There are a total of three on the map.
When you open the golden vaults, you receive high-ranking loot, such as weapons, armor, perks, and killstreaks with legendary rarity.
How do I open the Golden Vaults? To open the Golden Vaults on Rebirth Island, you need to follow some steps:
- find 6 TV remotes with a red light in toilets in the prison block
- press your interaction button at each remote to turn off the light
- find the ringing phone in the middle of the prison block
- listen to the code provided by the voice on the phone
- go to one of the three golden vaults on Rebirth Island and enter the code

Finding Golden Vaults on Rebirth – Where are they on the Map?
For the Golden Vaults in Warzone, there are three locations on Rebirth Island. The first vault is located between the docks and the Bioweapon Labs on the northwest coast of the island.
You will find the second vault on Rebirth Island below the Factory.
The third and final Golden Vault is at the cliff wall between the Stronghold and the Living Quarters.
Developers respond to vault glitch: Opening the vaults requires several steps and therefore takes time. This is generally limited in Warzone due to enemy players.
Some players, however, found a way to unfairly snag the loot without having to perform the necessary steps. They used vehicles, which the developers have now banned.
