The TAQ-56 provides you with a remarkably stable shooting feel with this setup. The recoil is easy to control, and the damage at distance fits well.
The biggest disadvantage of the assault rifle is its comparatively low fire rate. If a bullet misses, the time-to-kill increases significantly more than with weapons that have a high fire rate.
