I don’t see why I should play the second part after having paid for cosmetics in Warzone and those not being carried over. They are just cosmetics and nothing else. Very poorly handled, in my opinion.

There, Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 combined reached a peak of 123,912 players in the past 24 hours. CoD rival Battlefield 2042 is at 8,701 during the same period.
While we cannot say how many players Warzone 2 has and how many Modern Warfare 2 has based on the numbers since both games are presented together, we do get a rough overview of the current state of the game.
