In multiplayer of CoD Vanguard, the MVPs are introduced with a video at the end of a match. This is meant to bring some proper glory to the chosen ones. However, a clip shows that the system is still in its infancy – and players love it.
What kind of system is this? You may know it from other games like Overwatch, where players are shown at the end of a round who performed exceptionally well in the match. A similar system is now also offered by the new Call of Duty: Vanguard.
However, players report funny glitches, such as an MVP who simply died in his clip and didn’t achieve anything else. In the Vanguard subreddit, a clip is going viral, where a player apparently transforms into a dog.
“He must have used the dog operator”
This is what the clip shows: Reddit user SneakyInkling shared the curious clip and writes “This guy got the Play of the Game and transformed into a dog after a kill.” And that’s exactly what happens. One can see after the initial pose a kill from the player, then the view glitches briefly and a wall shakes. Suddenly, a dog falls to the ground.
After the dog hits the ground, laughter follows, which players call contagious in the comments.
The clip is causing a stir in the community with funny stories.
How is the clip received? On reddit, the video gathered over 1,000 upvotes and 31 comments in a single day. Players report their experiences with the broken MVP system.
