On January 17, the Reloaded update for Season 1 in CoD: MW3 and Warzone will be released, bringing new content, a new map, and new weapons to the shooter. One of the new weapons is the TAQ Evolvere, a light machine gun.
The TAQ weapons have been present in the meta in the past few years, both in multiplayer and in Warzone. The TAQ-56 was considered the best assault rifle in Warzone 2 by many players, as well as in the multiplayer of MW2.
How to Unlock the TAQ Evolvere
With the TAQ Evolvere, a new weapon joins the TAQ collection. According to callofduty.com, you can unlock the LMG as part of a weekly challenge, which should be quite feasible. You can complete the tasks either in multiplayer, in zombies mode, or in battle royale.
Update January 17: The TAQ Evolvere is now listed in the weekly tasks. To unlock the LMG, you need to complete 5 random challenges from week 7. The second screenshot has been replaced with the one from week 7.
The tasks for week 7 in multiplayer are:
- Reach the starter 2 times with a recommended weapon
- Achieve 20 operator kills with an equipped JAK Signal salvo on the Holger 556
- Achieve 30 operator kills with an equipped JAK Bullseye on a recommended weapon
- Achieve 3 operator wrath kills with a recommended weapon
- Achieve 20 operator kills with the JAK Beholder weapon kit on the TYR
- Achieve 20 operator kills with an equipped JAK Headhunter carbine kit on the Rival-9
- Achieve 30 operator kills with an equipped AOK 4.0x RQ-9 Recon on a recommended weapon
What are recommended weapons? Recommended weapons can be identified in the weapon selection by the fire symbol. These are mostly specific weapons that are in rotation for a short period.
The developers describe the TAQ Evolvere as an advanced multi-caliber LMG that is versatile and exceptionally deadly in the right hands. It can destroy both enemies and artillery, no matter what stands in your way. A wide variety of attachments allows you to customize the LMG to your own play style.
