A commendable action was taken by Infinity Ward, the developers of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. They refunded a player the cost of a Battle Pass after he purchased it too late.
What happened? The user Dreammaker– shared his story from Modern Warfare on reddit . He received a full refund for the Battle Pass from Season 1 in CoD Points. Infinity Ward stated that he purchased the pass shortly before it ended, which meant he couldn’t make the most out of it.
Infinity Ward also suggested that he should enjoy the content from Season 2. For this, he received the CoD Points back for the Season 1 pass.

How is the action being received? The thread on reddit has over 9000 upvotes, and dozens of players are celebrating Infinity Ward for this action. They show that players matter and that it’s not just about the money.
Other players asked if he received the content from Season 1 even though he didn’t have to pay anything. The reddit user confirmed this. He said: “Surprisingly, yes. I had already unlocked my Battle Pass but did not purchase it. I bought it just 30 minutes before the start of the second season.”
