A new operator has been announced in a teaser for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. At the same time, there is a date that likely announces the release of Season 2.
What does the teaser show? In a short video on Twitter, the developers reveal which new operator is making their way to Modern Warfare.
You can see the initialization of a character, which ends with a window showing the text “GHOST CONFIRMED”. Prior to this, hints had intensified that the cult character might find his way into the game.
Moreover, at the end of the 15-second teaser, another message and a date appear: The war rages on February 11.

What does this mean for Season 2? On February 11, the current Season 1 ends. We had already speculated that Season 2 might start on February 11.
Since the new character Ghost is appearing on February 11, it has become even more likely that the season will begin on that date. However, it is not yet officially confirmed.
