What is it about? In line with the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, there are some new operators in the game for you again. A few of them are unlocked right away, for the majority you will have to complete tasks. We show you every operator and the task you need to complete for them. Right from the start, there are 13 operators available for you.
What do operators bring? Unlocking the different characters also allows you to use them when playing online. Each of them has their own unique backstory and various cosmetic customization options.
Especially if you have been a Call of Duty player for a long time, some faces from the older parts of the franchise may be familiar to you.
By the way: Operators do not provide advantages in gameplay. They are purely cosmetic differences between the characters.
NATO
The following 7 operators belong to the NATO faction:
Hunter: Unlocked immediately
Song: Unlocked immediately
Adler: Get 10 kills with scorestreaks in multiplayer
Park: Complete 3 successful evacuations in zombies
Sims: Destroy 10 vehicles or scorestreaks in multiplayer
Baker: Get 100 players with a sniper rifle in multiplayer
Woods: Get 5 players without dying in multiplayer – 15 times

Warsaw Pact
The following 6 operators belong to the Warsaw Pact faction:
Vargas: Unlocked immediately
Powers: Unlocked immediately
Portnova: Kill 50 enemies in multiplayer who were detected by scorestreaks or field upgrades
Beck: Get 200 eliminations in zombie mode with Pack-A-Punch weapons
Garcia: Ignite 5 dirty bombs in Fireteam: Dirty Bomb or help your fireteam ignite them.
Stone: Perform 15 finishing moves in multiplayer
