PS4 players have been able to earn all sorts of cosmetic items on the Black Market since October 19. Today, on October 26, the two other platforms, the PC and Xbox One, are finally joining in. Players there can also start hunting for calling cards, skins, and other cool cosmetics starting today.

When exactly does the Black Market go live? The developers at Treyarch did not specify an exact time for today’s launch of the Black Market on PC and Xbox One. However, the feature went live on PS4 at around 7 PM one week ago.

What is the Black Market? The Black Market is a type of in-game shop where the contents can only be earned through gameplay in Multiplayer or Blackout and not purchased with in-game currency or real money. This feature in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is most comparable to the Battle Pass in Fortnite.
How does the Black Market work? The Black Market is the core of the so-called “Supply Stream Progression“. This system is intended to keep Black Ops 4 regularly updated with new content – similar to the Seasons in Fortnite.
The individual Seasons in Black Ops 4 are called seasonal operations. They have a limited duration and can include multiple individual streams. The streams represent a specific theme or motto.
