“I cringe and laugh at the same time”
The theatrical release of Thor 4 initially began with positive reactions on Twitter, but was then quickly rated as mixed. Especially compared to its predecessor Thor 3, the new installment could not keep up.

Lead actor Chris Hemsworth also viewed his last Marvel film with mixed feelings: “I cringe and laugh at the same time,” said the actor. He then admitted, “I think we had too much fun. It just became too silly.”
However, it is always difficult to predict how audiences will ultimately receive the finished film:
It’s always difficult to be in the spotlight and have the right perspective [on the matter]… I love the process, it’s always an experience. But you just never know how people will react.
