The live event “The End” took place on Saturday, December 4, in Fortnite. We from MeinMMO were live at the event for the end of Chapter 2. Here we report how the battle against the Cube Queen went.
Everyone was prepared for this: In Fortnite, the Cube Queen and her minions had been causing havoc since the beginning of Season 8. The inhabitants of the island had had enough and put on a powerful spectacle thanks to their preparations.

This is how the live event went: “The End”
This happened in the live event for the end of Chapter 2: First, you spawned in the middle of the Guava Base, which was hastily built.
There, the blue peaceful cube teleported and created a protective energy field around the battle base. All players then patiently waited for the event timer to run out, so the battle could begin.
After a short wait, the Cube Queen released a few monsters onto the fortress. These were spawned by golden monoliths. The players were then given weapons and resources to defend against these hordes.
The Cube Queen charged her full strength to open a portal to a world full of alien ships. Meanwhile, the ships infiltrated the Chapter 2 map and caused a firefight.
Players were then disarmed and the blue cube was destroyed. Then a cutscene appeared with the Foundation, also known as The Rock, who freed Jonesy from the IO unit. The two fought their way through the facility that was used for the Builder mode.
Then came another cutscene with the other well-known fighters of The Seven. They fought through cube monsters and opened an entrance to the Builder facility.
All players then appeared with the Scientist of The Seven in the facility and followed him through the IO grounds. Due to destruction from the outside, paths were cut off, which were cleared away thanks to the Scientist.
Then a monster broke the security windows of the facility, and everything was flooded with water. Finally, one could see the Queen in the distance turning the island. Suddenly, they disappeared along with the portal, and a wave hit your skin.
Now your skin is floating on the sea unconscious and Fortnite is not playable.

When does Chapter 3 Season 1 start: So far, there is no information regarding this. We will keep you updated if anything new is published.
