In Fortnite: Battle Royale, the developers introduce 7 unique challenges each week that unlock levels on the Battle Pass quickly. This way, you can quickly access the coveted rewards like the ultimate John Wick skin.
The new challenge usually goes live on Thursday of each week, but the current challenges are likely already known due to a leak.
Taco shops, shotgun kills, and the treasure of Moisty Mire
The leaked challenges have not been officially confirmed. Therefore, this could be misinformation. Visiting various taco shops was predicted for week 8, but in the end, it turned out to be disco dance floors in week 8.
However, according to the leak, the taco shops are supposed to take place this time. In addition to the fast-food joints, the following challenges are expected for week 9:
- Deal damage to enemy buildings
- Search chests in Haunted Hills
- Build structures
- Visit different taco shops in a single match
- Follow the treasure map from Moisty Mire
- Get kills with the shotgun
- Get kills in Lucky Landing
As you can see, the challenges this week are probably not very difficult. Structures are abundantly built and shot to pieces in every match. Tacos should be easy to find, and getting kills in Lucky Landing with the shotgun should also be quite easy.
