Players who want to play Borderlands 3 with different hunters will also have to watch the long cutscenes at the beginning multiple times. But can they be skipped?
Can you skip cutscenes in Borderlands 3? No.
Currently, there is no built-in in-game option to skip the cutscenes in Borderlands 3.
However, there is a trick on PC that allows you to skip at least the long intro with Marcus.

Skip intro on PC
Warning: You use the workaround at your own risk! This option carries a certain risk, as it may mess up your save files.
Here’s how it works: Open the game folder of Borderlands 3 on your PC and look for the file named “MARCUS_INTRO”. It is responsible for playing the long cutscene at the beginning.
Rename it, for example to “MARCUS_INTRO_BACKUP” and save it. If you now start the game with a save file, the intro with Marcus will be skipped.
Is there no trick for PS4 and Xbox One? Unfortunately, nothing is known about that yet. Perhaps this option will be added later via a patch – but there have been no comments from the developer Gearbox on this.
