You can now secure a free watch for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone. It’s really easy and takes just a few minutes of your time. We will show you how to unlock the Mobile Watch.
What’s it about? The developers of Call of Duty are now giving you the chance to secure a free watch. All you have to do is connect your Call of Duty account with the mobile version and Modern Warfare.
After a waiting period, the watch will be unlocked for you, and you can wear it in Modern Warfare. This also works in the battle royale mode Warzone.
How to get the free watch in Warzone and Modern Warfare
What you need to do: First, you need to create a “Call of Duty” account. You can do this here on the CoD website if you don’t have one yet.
This account then needs to be linked with your player profile in Call of Duty: Mobile and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
Log in on the website, select your player profile, and check if the linking was successful. Both profiles should be linked to the same account. Alternatively, you will receive a message in CoD Mobile when the account linking was successful.
Once you have completed these steps and linked both profiles, the watch will be unlocked. However, it may take up to 72 hours until you actually find the wristwatch in your inventory. Then it will appear, as usual, in the watch menu of the game.

Linking brings another gift
What’s more? If you link your CoD account to CoD: Mobile for the first time, you will receive the “Outrider Arctic” uniform for the mobile game for free.
Again, it may take up to 72 hours until you receive this as a message in Call of Duty Mobile.
Why is Activision doing this?
What’s behind it: Activision is distributing the watch reward in conjunction with the launch of Season 6 in Call of Duty: Mobile. The new season “Once Upon A Time In Rust” started on May 1 with a new battle pass. Among other things, Cowboy Ghost is waiting for you there.
By linking the accounts, you might get the urge to (re)jump back into Call of Duty: Mobile and check out the new season. It includes:
- A new battle pass with Ghost Cowboy and Seraph Desperada
- New maps like Rust and Saloon
- New LTMs like Capture the Flag, 1v1 Duel, and Kill Confirmed
It’s quite possible that there will be more events between Mobile and MW/Warzone in the future to create further synergies and strengthen the community of the games.
