This is the bug: Those who were looking forward to exciting PvP matches in the Trials of Osiris and wanted to hunt down powerful rewards need to be careful right now. Because due to an annoying bug, you will not receive loot after 3, 5, and 7 victories. Only the loot from the Flawless Chest is safe.
How to check if you are affected: Not all Guardians will be hit by the loot bug. If you can see legendary rewards in the PvP menu under “Trials of Osiris” at the bottom, next to the victories and defeats, everything is fine – you are not affected.
However, if you cannot read anything about rewards, you do not need to play with this character this weekend. Because you cannot even redeem your Trials tokens, as this can only be done through rewards after victories.

Why the bug is particularly frustrating: In recent weeks, a loot bug in the Trials has caused long faces. On Tuesday (March 31), Update 2.8.0.2 for Destiny 2 was released, which was supposed to fix the problem.
As it turns out, not everything has been fixed with the hotfix. Still, not every Guardian is receiving their hard-earned rewards.
