The free MMORPG Broken Ranks was released in 2022 and is a real insider tip. The developers are now presenting the roadmap for the upcoming year and making some changes.
The developers of Broken Ranks are Whitemoon, an indie studio from Poland. On the official website of the MMORPG, they explain in a longer post what content players can expect in the future.
For 2023, they plan new content and activities for all players:
- More instances, including dungeons and raids. A new instance for levels 60 to 80 and one for level 120 is planned.
- The main story will continue.
- A new zone called Thalia will be added to the game.
- New epic items
Additionally, Whitemoon is preparing to release Broken Ranks as a version for your mobile devices next year. So far, the MMORPG is only playable on PC.

Revision of the previous roadmap
The developers released the first part of the roadmap in February and have already introduced the first major update. However, there are now a few changes for the last quarter, especially concerning the balance of the game.
An update for guilds was planned, which was supposed to introduce guild wars. They have now postponed that indefinitely and are instead focusing on a revision of the current PvP system. They want to make it more exciting and interesting for both veterans and new players.
In PvE, the developers also want to make several changes, as players say it is unbalanced. They also plan to update and balance the equipment. Therefore, they are postponing promised items to next year so they are directly compatible with the rest of the equipment.
