Destiny Lore as Homework: The Destiny series has always been praised by players for its rich background story. In Destiny 1, the Guardians chased after the Grimoire entries, and Destiny 2 has introduced hidden items again with Forsaken that contribute to the lore.
The background story of Destiny, the lore, seemed to have impressed a student so much that he grabbed the entries and submitted them as homework for his English course. However, his teacher was sharp and consulted a well-known lore website for advice.
In the lore of Destiny 2, you will find out, among other things, who was responsible for the prison break at the start of Forsaken.
How Was the Student Exposed? The teacher apparently stumbled upon the website of Ishtar Collective on the internet. This is a website that has been collecting all Grimoire entries and lore snippets of the Destiny universe since Destiny 1.
The English teacher sent an email to the website and asked if the entries came from her student. “Can I confirm that they were not written by a boy named Lucas?” reads the email that was published on Twitter by the site’s operators.
As the teacher states, the entire website was passed off by the student as diary entries and submitted as homework.

Lore Website Takes it with Humor: On Twitter, the operators of the site mentioned that this was probably the best email they had ever received at Ishtar Collective. As a joke, they changed their name on Twitter to “Lucas.” However, they responded to the teacher “quite boring”.
Players also enjoy the jokes of Lucas. In the comments, they post memes that praise the student as “the greatest pirate of all time” or claim that we are all somehow “Lucas”.
