The end of Halloween season is approaching Borderlands 3. Those who haven’t collected everything from the event yet should hurry.
When does Bloody Harvest end? While Christmas markets have already opened in the towns and everything is festively decorated, Halloween is still in full swing in Borderlands 3. Pumpkins can be seen in the main menu while ghosts are hunting you in the game. But that will soon come to an end!
Today, Thursday, December 5, the Halloween event Bloody Harvest in Borderlands 3 ends. This will also remove some features that have been continuously available over the past weeks. Therefore, you should take the opportunity to collect any loot you may still be missing, in case you haven’t gotten everything.
Bloody Harvest is ending – don’t miss these features
Boss fight against Captain Haunt: Anyone who has not completed the Bloody Harvest quest line should at least make an attempt to do so. The dinosaur Maurice gives you the task of collecting ghost plasma and traveling to “Heck”.
There, in addition to some Halloween enemies, you will also encounter the boss enemy Captain Haunt, who will not be available after the event ends. You should definitely experience this entertaining fight at least once. Additionally, you might get interesting loot from Haunt with a bit of luck.
Don’t miss any event loot: There is special Bloody Harvest loot that you could obtain during the event. On one hand, there were exclusive legendary items that will likely not be available after the event. These include:
- The Fearmonger Shotgun
- The Stalker Sniper Rifle
- The Ghast Call Grenade
- The Scream of Terror Shield
Additionally, you could repeatedly find weapons with Terror anointment. These can be useful if you have the ability to inflict Terror on your character even without ghosts. For example, in the Maliwan Takedown, some players used this for their solo builds.
Loot ghosts are disappearing: Similar to Loot Tinks, there were also Bloody Harvest ghosts that could bring you extra loot. So if you are currently still on the hunt for good loot, you should try to catch a few of them.
Aside from these features, there are also some cosmetics that you can secure during Bloody Harvest. Here too, there is urgency if you want to obtain them.
