Blizzard has a new statue on offer in its shop, which players can acquire for a small fortune. It is based on Diablo 4 and as expensive as a decent gaming PC.
What kind of statue is this? This is a huge statue of Inarius, the co-founder of Sanctuary. This angel played an important role in the world of Diablo despite his sparse appearance.
In Diablo 4, however, everything revolves around Lilith, Inarius, and the resulting Nephalem. So if you’ve always wanted to own a huge statue of an important Diablo character, you now have the chance.
Inarius, the Father of Sanctuary, comes into your living room
How much does the statue cost? The statue of Inarius can be pre-ordered from Blizzard’s online shop for €1,100.00. Basically, that’s as much as a decent gaming PC that you could spend your time with. Here is the shop.
What does the statue offer? The figure is a total of 66 cm tall, weighs 8.62 kg, and comes with some small parts that you need to assemble so that the good Inarius can stand bound. Additionally, the sculpture has been hand-painted.
Is the statue limited? We cannot foresee that yet. Blizzard itself hasn’t mentioned anywhere that there is a limited number of Inarius. It is only stated that this is a “premium statue”.
If you want the figure, we recommend not to wait. After it sells out, you will only find it hard from third parties and often only at exorbitant prices.
Why is Inarius bound? The co-founder of Sanctuary was on a mission to proclaim the end of the Sin War when the blood-soaked curtain fell. However, Mephisto made a pact and banished this angel to the depths of hell for all eternity. Miraculously, Inarius escaped hell and found his way back to Sanctuary.
In Diablo 4, he now tries to protect his creation and all that he had built, and thus a confrontation with Lilith is unavoidable. It will show how the story evolves in Blizzard’s new hack & slash adventure.
What do you think of the statue? Do you find it cool and would you indulge in something like this? Feel free to let us know in the comments what you think!
